Decent food but once you deal with the people you'll want a refund. Online order: arrived 5 minutes after order was supposed to be ready. Waited another 25 minutes before able too leave with my food. I'll just drive past next time

The quality of the restaurant itslef wasnt amazing, not much of a germophobe but I didnt want to touch anything. Other than that it was pretty good.

The staff here at the wauchula location is horrible. Zero customer service skills. They don’t know how to run their POS systems correctly. They have an attitude while you are ordering. When you get to the window they don’t have your order so you have to reorder. They need a good manager to take over. I’ve visited 100s of kfcs and this is the worst one.

Horrible all my food was cold, no biscuts, no sause one employee was horrible. There a girl I will give them 5 stars she was great.

Always loved KFC. They give a senior Discount BUT YOU MUST ASK. I'm 81 it's NOT like I look under 55. Chicken was out of this world. The price is much higher than WalMart.Will I go back damn tooting. But I will ask for Senior Discount.Atmosphere was a hole in the wall with a couple tables. More of a carry out.Service, they took my money, and put my chicken in a box.No I didn't leave a tip.

For one the store has just been remodeled and secondly no one ever makes chicken better than ""Colonel Sanders KFC""..... KEEP UP THAT GOOD COOKING...

They were nice but the computers were down for the driver thru and they said it would only take a few minutes to get them rebooted and they would be able to take our orders. Well ive worked at a taco bell/KFC and so i know how things work. We sat there waiting for an hour after they said they would come get us after the computers turn back on. I just left because i know better im not sure if they just wanted to go home or what ever but we got there 20 minutes till 10 and drive thru didnt close till 11. We left there around 10:30. I wasnt very happy i was really looking forward to a famous bowl.

They will get your order wrong every time no matter what. NO MATTER WHAT. At least the food is food.

Never have original. Last 5 times I been there they are rude and took 20 minutes to get my food. Don't want to go there!

Good wings and I'm glad they have baked beans again

This particular KFC not the best facility with stained ceiling tiles and what looks to be condensation from the soda dispenser running onto the floor. Plus the original recipe chicken more like extra crispy. A little disappointing to be honest.

Never fails... drive thru makes you pull up and wait 15 or more minutes to get your meal after ordering. Go inside same wait time. Not even rush hour either. Today, 4 cars were wait on orders only two customers inside. Get the 16 piece bucket home and discovered it had mostly thighs in it, one breast, two wings and two drum sticks. Biscuits were hard. Gravy was stale. This KFC location has went down hill.

We did not get plasticware or napkins pot pie was overcooked

The McDonald's 200ft away is a much cleaner spot to stop.

Place is old, dirty and run down. Service was extremely slow, and had to correct my order. Took 40 minutes to get our meal.

Vicente cooked our chicken and it was good. The 2 girls that work there and been there for a while were as usual, polite n always working to please their customers. The new one, Michelle, needs to get another job. She's not happy.

Actually no stars. A restaurant that specializes in chicken should not run out of hot cooked chicken at 6 pm when most people are wanting it. If I wanted to wait 25 minutes I would fry my own chicken at home. And take chicken and waffles off your menu and remove the life-size chicken and waffles cutout if you no longer have it. Geez

Just pulled up and waited in drive through wo any response forever until i pulled around to the window there was an employee with a sign on the window closed due to an emergency. Smh

The gentleman at the register gave us good service. It was the manager on duty and other lady that weren't catering to the people at the counter. We ordered our food at 5:55pm and just received it at 6:37pm. Ridiculous to say the least. Wont ever go to that KFC again.

Menu is incomplete, hard to read. Last time here I got original recipe chicken instead of the extra crispy I ordered. This time, I got mashed potatoes instead of wedges, and the server forgot the cookies with both 5$ fill up meals. I understand sunday noontime can be busy. But no one was inside the restaurant when I arrived.

The woman providing customer service was extremely poor at it. Opposite of her job description I'm sure.Wanted at 1 point for us to pull forward in the sun to wait for the food when no one was behind us. I explained we had animals and prefer to wait in the shade. She rolled her eyes and shut the window. Her whole demeaner was rude and unprofessional.Food was very good.

They were out of baked beans! The chicken and biscuits were warm but not fresh. Still the best cole slaw ever!

After observing the terrible condition of the dinning area I’m terrified to think about the condition of the kitchen and food storage areas. No toilet tissue in the women’s bathroom and the urinal was overflowing in the men’s room

Horrible service took forever and received wrong food wrong drinks and no sauce.

Let's just say I'm writing this review sitting on the toilet holding my phone in one hand and firmly grasping a bottle of Pepto-Bismol in the other... The end.

There is always an issue everytime I go. Either out of an item, or they dont give us something knowing they don't and even try to replace the item. Yesterday was the last straw with this location. I had to ask for a receipt, then when I went inside to get the money back because I was overcharged, the kid knew I was overcharged and said there wasn't a way for me to be refunded, well there was but he doesn't know how. So that makes it okay? Honestly, it wasn't a lot of money which wasn't the point. The fact that a place of business can overcharge you and say there's nothing I can do about it doesn't work for me. I will go to Sebring and I advise you to do the same.

The gravy was like water it was awful

The KFC is consistent with food quality and service. The frustrating thing about the drive thru is they can hear you, but the customer can't hear them. Whatever the issue with the equipment, it's never fixed. I don't go often, but I tell the staff and it never works properly when I return.

Tried to get a meal on Sunday evening and said it would be at least 15 min. So left and tried the next week. Took about 15 min and ordered all white and received all dark. It was greasy looking. Thus we asked for a refund and received after 10 mln.i rated at 0 my 1
